A COLLABORATION WITH THE LIGHT AND THE LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY
From the first conversation, it was evident that Brit and I wanted the Moon Pack to be as dynamic as the ‘go-far, go-anywhere’ photographers around the world that we had in mind. And since we both love to shoot warm and chase the golden vibe, it was important to us that regardless of landscape and locale these presets would enable you to achieve a cool clean edit, or beautifully cast images in a film-inspired warmth without sacrificing blue and green undertones. By utilizing features in the latest version of *Lightroom we made them adaptable to both warm and cool shooting styles and built custom Creative Profiles that allow you to feather in as little or as much warmth as you please.
(ALL NEW UPDATE) We have created a new update for Moon Pack which is more consistent with Brit’s current editing style. She wanted to reduce the redness in the skin tones so I tweaked the Creative Profile and made a slight adjustment to the Tone Curve’s so it’s more of a yellow warmth rather than a reddish warmth. In this update we also added grain to each preset to give each preset a bit more grit.
Moon Pack consists of 8 color presets, 4 BW presets, and 2 custom Creative Profile’s (please see * below for compatibility). Each color preset has a higher contrast version that works great for sun-filled images and each BW preset has a warm Creative Profile option.
Before and after images below demonstrate how each preset manipulates an image with identical white balance and exposure.
*These presets will work with all versions of Lightroom 4 and above, however, in order to use the custom Creative Profiles you will need one of the following programs: Lightroom Classic CC (version 7.5 or later), Lightroom CC (version 1.3 or later), or Adobe Camera Raw (version 10.3 or later).
**Please note that these presets are created for RAW images only and it is recommended to use them with the custom Creative Profile. For best results, update your editing applications to meet the required specifications.
***These are Desktop Presets(not Mobile Presets).
