What is a Creative Profile?
A Creative Profile is a custom setting that can be individually applied over an already edited image. The coolest part is that because these profiles don’t affect any of the sliders in Lightroom, you can crank their intensity up or down as you please with no consequence to your edit. To achieve Dawn’s film vibe with this particular profile, I used a combination of tone curves, color adjustment layers, and a gradient map. All in, this feature is a remarkably effective tool that takes an image from Wow to Whoa in a hurry.
See how this 'Film' Creative Profile amplifies Images
The Before shows the image with the Creative Profile turned off while the After shows the image with the Creative Profile feathered in. This profile gives you tremendous control adding a film vibe without adjusting contrast or disturbing the tone curve.

Warm Gradient
With a signature weakness for warmth in her images, Warm Gradient is Dawn’s favorite quick draw option for layering in some of that sweet golden sunlight whenever she wants. Beach locales and settings with heavy light leaking in respond beautifully to this preset so don’t be afraid to see what it can do for you.

CAMPFIRE PRESETS IN EFFECT

“You guys, I have NEVER EVER had a preset that is SO CLOSE to the look I want right away! Most presets I feel like I spend so much time tweaking and adjusting because it does not look like the original presets and does not match why I bought it, but Dawn’s presets are LEGIT the best and easiest presets I have EVER used. They are legit almost a one-click preset, and the fact you can adjust the ‘film’ presets to be more or less hazy and filmy blows my mind!! The colors are so creamy yet keep the richness of the original photo colors, and the film presets are just so warm and cozy you want to snuggle up by a fire and stare at the photos all night and day! They are timeless presets that will seriously help you achieve your end game goal one editing while also making your editing process quicker and more enjoyable! I CANNOT recommend these presets enough, like I thought I had my editing nailed down and then these presets came into my life and now I am literally questioning everything as these have won my heart completely over! I mean it, they are the best!”
